It is recommended that, in the future, when other means of communication become available, the client uses a single platform/application to contact the artist. Clients reaching out on multiple platforms simultaneously for the same issue will not be considered potential client, and this may result in the termination of work on the order.

A message with an order should include:
- The initial type of commission the client expects (e.g., ship art, reference sheet, half-body of one character).
- A reference sheet, previous artwork of the character, or a detailed description.
- General information about poses, emotions, or the situation in which your character should be portrayed. (You can send examples from Pinterest—the better we understand each other, the quicker and smoother the work will be completed).

Ordering a reference sheet or artwork of a character involves:
- Your expectations of what should appear in the drawing: pose, emotion, etc.
- For standard work with a pre-existing character design: a reference of the character showing its appearance (preferably full-body) and examples of previous works depicting this character.
- If no specific design is provided: a detailed description of the character and reference photos, e.g., clothing from Pinterest.
- Feel free to share any content that inspires you in the context of your character. You may provide face claims, Picrew designs, makeup ideas, clothing, and various descriptions.

˚⋅˖* ⊱❀ Updates : ❀⊰ *˖⋅˚

The client has the right to request updates about their order and see the current progress of the work.
In line with the artist’s workflow, the client will receive updates at every stage of the process. Approval will be required for:
- Sketch
- Line art and Color
- Shading and Additional effects such as lighting or colored line art, depending on the order.

During the approval of the sketch and line art, the client can suggest changes. Significant modifications after coloring or shading begins aren't impossible but may extend the completion time and incur additional fees.

No additional fees will be charged if changes are required due to the artist’s failure to follow instructions.

˚⋅˖* ⊱❀ Completion Time : ❀⊰ *˖⋅˚

The artist commits to completing every commissioned piece unless canceled by the client or the artist.Turnaround time (TAT) is between a few days and one month, depending on the number and complexity of orders. Any changes or extensions to the deadline will be discussed with the client.Notify me in advance if you expect the work to be completed by a specific date.

˚⋅˖* ⊱❀ Payments : ❀⊰ *˖⋅˚

I accept payment for the order upon completion of the drawing. However, if the order price exceeds 30 PLN/8 USD, half payment is required after the client approves the sketch.Reliable clients can pay the full price upon completion of the order, regardless of the price.Payments are accepted via PayPal. For Polish clients, payment via BLIK or bank transfer is available.

Clients may use the purchased artwork for personal purposes, such as profile pictures.The artwork may not be used for propaganda or to promote hate.Orders will not be made publicly available only if the customer expresses such a decisionIf the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes or merchandise, they must obtain the artist’s consent.The client may not claim to be the author of the artwork.Clients may share the work on their social media, provided they credit the artist.Clients may not alter the work in any way, including changing colors, removing the watermark, or creating derivatives.
